Concrete:
1. All slabs are to be min 8″ concrete over 4″ gravel unless otherwise noted on the plans.
2. Concrete to be ACI 301-66, Type II cement, 2500 psi at 28 days, 5″ maximum slump.
3. If required reiforcing to be ASTM A615-Bars with Fy=60 ksi lamp 30 diameter minimum at splices or weld per ACI Std.
4. Concrete design based on Fc 1500 psf, Fc 2500 psi for quality only.
5. Anchor bolts shall be A-307 embedded 7″minimum into concrete or masonry grout.

3. 2×6 kiln dried wall studs 16″ on center, wall height 7′.10″,

5. One, 72″x76″ Door opening (gable end wall for double rolling pine doors),
6. One, 72″W x 15″H, Transom window opening (above top wall plates, over door, for true divided light transom ),
7. Four, 48″W x 24″H window openings (two on each load bearing wall for tilt in sash windows ),
8. 7″ roof overhand all four walls
9. Cedar Clapboard all four walls,
10. Keystone trim over windows and at roof peak,
11. Reproduced of old fashioned style antique horse shoe rolling / sliding door hardware,
12. 30yr Architectural roof shingles ( Charcoal )
13. Ridge Vent and ridge caps,
14. Pine trim all around,
